Golf has become popular in all ages. Some of the most common injuries seen in golf include epicondylitis and non-specific low back pain. Medial epicondylitis is inflammation of the tendons of the inner elbow, that often occurs with excessive flexion and extension of the elbow, causing micro-tears in the tendons. Rehabilitation typically consists of tendon health and strengthening of the surrounding musculature. In addition, the mechanical complexities of golf expose the low back to greater ranges of motions and forces and may result in injury. We address pelvic stability, thoracic mobility, and lower body strength to appropriately rehabilitate the affected regions for sport longevity. Additionally, we have options to implement a wide variety of technologies that focus on cellular tissue repair for long-term health.
Whether you’re a cancer patient, getting treatment for an illness or disease, an athlete trying to stay on top, or simply trying to find the path to optimal health, we have the solution for you.
