Improve your circulation for better stamina and results with Dr. Tom’s favorite tool

Dr. Tom Incledon, Founder & CEO of Causenta, doesn’t often play favorites, but when it comes to the Hocatt, a state-of-the-art technology that improves circulation and stamina, among other things, he will make an exception. “The Hocatt is my favorite because it’s a device that uses several modalities at a time. Basically, it’s a lot of gadgets in one device, which makes it really effective.” He also notes that his team uses it on a variety of patients with various needs and it benefits them all. It is also a tool they frequently turn to for treatment, using the device nearly every day. It is also extremely safe.

How Does it Work?

The Hocatt is a chamber that people sit in while naked. In the chamber, there are several elements at work to clean and refresh the body. Heat, steam, and carbon dioxide are employed and together create carbonic acid. Carbonic acid helps to regulate a normal pH in the blood. There is a microcurrent at the feet, which is applied through metal plates. Microcurrent has been shown to help treat auto-immune disorders and cancer patients as it helps to increase white blood cell count and immune cell markers. An electro-magnetic field in the back of the device, which can treat a variety of symptoms including joint and muscle pain. A vibration system can also be used.

Each session in the Hocatt is about 30 minutes long. For the athletes we treat, the chamber can reduce fatigue and improve stamina. For those interested in anti-aging methodologies, it can dramatically increase testosterone and human growth hormone.

It is a great tool for overall wellness, especially when combined with other aspects of healthy living. Incledon recommends several core strategies that can help people stay healthy and feel their best.

  • Get regular check-ups. Being on top of your health and noticing changes early on can help with early diagnosis of cancers and other diseases or conditions.
  • Eat a healthy diet comprised of a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, as well as lean proteins.
  • Exercise regularly. Staying active boosts your immune system, which will help as you age, recovery from surgery, or need to receive treatment for cancer or other disease.
  • Sleep matters. Having a regular sleep cycle gives your body a chance to recover and rest, which is key to immune function and brain health.
  • Be aware of your environment. Certain factors around us can impact our health. Pay attention to the quality of air and water where you live, as well as limiting your exposure to cigarette smoke, alcohol, and various chemicals that can increase your risk of developing cancer.

By being proactive and taking control of your health, you can decrease your risk of developing cancer and other diseases.
